I’ve spent the last decade working with women through the often-invisible thresholds of midlife, when what used to work stops working and the next version of you hasn’t fully arrived yet.

I’ve lived and breathed pivots and transformation throughout my forties and fifties. I know what it feels like when your body starts doing all sorts of new things -seemingly out of nowhere - and nothing you try seems to help.

My background in nutritional therapy and nervous system repatterning gives me a practical understanding of how the body works, while my work in rites of passage, menopause and cyclical wisdom knowledge offers the context that’s so often missing.
