hi, I'm Gus!

I’ve spent the last decade working with women through the often-invisible thresholds of midlife, when what used to work stops working and the next version of you hasn’t fully arrived yet.

My work meets you in that in-between.

I’ve lived and breathed pivots and transformation throughout my forties and fifties. I know what it feels like when your body starts doing all sorts of new things -seemingly out of nowhere - and nothing you try seems to help.

And I also know what becomes possible when you finally start relating to her in a way that actually syncs. It changes everything.

My background in nutritional therapy and nervous system repatterning gives me a practical understanding of how the body works, while my work in rites of passage, menopause and cyclical wisdom knowledge offers the context that’s so often missing.

Because it’s not just what you do. It’s the place you’re doing it from.
