hi, I'm Gus!

I help women rewire their nervous systems so they stop getting hijacked by emotion and start leading themselves with clarity and steadiness, even in the moments that used to unravel them.

I work with women who are learning to lead themselves in real time, not just in hindsight.

At 54 - five years post-menopause - I’m not speaking from a textbook. I’m speaking from the terrain.

I’ve been through many moments and phases where on the outside everything looked fine but inside, I was caught in patterns I couldn’t shift that were keeping me stuck, confused, unsure, frustrated, lonely, disconnected.

My system kept playing out the old responses, even when I knew better. I wanted something deeper but couldn’t consistently access it.

For over a decade, I’ve supported women through transitions that don’t always make sense on paper but are shifting everything underneath.

Grief, ambition, relationships, perimenopause, reinvention, motherhood, leadership, identity, health, vitality. All of it.

Rooted in natural health and a deep knowledge of the body and it's systems, my work evolves and combines what I've learnt and lived.

With training in NeuroEmotional coaching, a deep knowledge of Human Design, plus a year long apprenticeship in rites-of-passage work rooted in cyclical wisdom and all this peri+menopause , I offer tools that honour both science and soul.

But ultimately, this work isn’t about modalities.

It's about building a different kind of relationship with yourself and by default, your life and everyone in it.

One where emotional intelligence doesn’t just live in your mind, it moves through your body.

It’s about helping women come home to the part of themselves that’s steady - even when everything else is loud.
